Please fill out the form below completely if you wish to join us on our Switzerland adventure. It is mandatory for each participant to individually submit the form, even if room sharing is arranged. Once we receive your form, we will contact you via email to provide information on the approved payment methods for the trip. While we suggest payment by check to circumvent credit card fees, we also welcome payments through Venmo and Zelle. Please note that credit card payments will be subject to an additional 2.5% charge.
